The exhibition Imagining Black Diasporas: 21st-Century Art and Poetics will take place from December 15, 2024, to August 3, 2025, at LACMA in Los Angeles. This landmark event highlights the works of 60 Black artists from Africa, Europe, and the Americas, including Hassan Hajjaj, and expands the conversation on Pan-African aesthetics and identity. Through a diverse selection, the exhibition explores contemporary artistic expressions that shape the narratives and poetics of Black diasporas in the 21st century.
