Yamou is exhibiting his recent works, from October 21 to November 22, 2014, at the art gallery L'Atelier 21.
This exhibition continues the artist's research into the plant cover that dominates his plastic works. After showing different aspects of the growth and flowering of vegetation, Yamou moves on for the first time to show the hand that cultivates the earth. Art critic Abderrahmane Ajbour defines this new motif introduced into the artist's world of representation as follows: “A scenography in which the main motif - the main actor, we should say - is the master hand, the hand that sows, the hand that composes, the hand that works, the creative hand, the patient hand that awaits Birth...”.
